HEAT Survey, a new module for HEAT
Software, enables service organizations

to quickly create, host and deploy surveys across the enterprise, helping managers track user responses to individual topics and gauge overall customer satisfaction levels.

 

HEAT Survey allows you to initiate HEAT surveys on an individual support issue using various sampling methodologies or perform them across the entire customer base periodically.

 

Responses from customer surveys can
then be linked to corresponding call records, creating a strong paper trail of issues to help the IT service team analyze issues and implement improvements to
the service management process.
