SMA's HEAT Gold Service Package
Includes 1-on-1 Support, Free HEAT eClasses, Discounted HEAT Training!

SMA has packaged ongoing HEAT training and personalized support that provides HEAT customers with a cost-effective solution to optimize and enhance their HEAT system. 

SMA's HEAT Gold Service Package (GSP) allows HEAT users to receive continuous training and personalized consultation relevant to their own implementation.

 

SMA's HEAT GSP includes the following:

  • 1-on-1 Support with an SMA HEAT Consultant EVERY Month!
    Attend private virtual meetings to discuss HEAT best practices, get assistance with specific design and configuration questions, or just brainstorm with our HEAT team
    to develop new ideas for your HEAT implementation.  This time can be used to assist with questions related to reporting and processes that you may have beyond the traditional support you receive from FrontRange Solutions.

  • Free attendance to SMA's HEAT eClasses
    "Continuing Education" for HEAT Administrators is a great way to ensure that you
    are fully leveraging the power of HEAT.  These eClasses focus on a variety of topics geared towards leveraging the powerful features in HEAT Software, implementing best practices, and taking HEAT to the next level.  Some of the topics that have been covered are The Power of HEAT AutoTasks, Building Creative Detail Screens in HEAT and Automating HEAT with Advanced Business Rules.  Learn about the next HEAT eClass.

  • Discounts on SMA's public HEAT training classes
    Attend our public
    HEAT training classes, including HEAT Administration and Crystal Reports for HEAT, at 10% less per attendee.  Register more than 1 attendee per organization and you save more!

Contract Arrangements

  1. Minimum commitment is 6 months, paid in advance.  Credit card payment accepted.

  2. Up to 2 people from your organization may attend each HEAT eClass for free
    (regularly ($195/person).

  3. 1-on-1 support time in excess of 2 hours per month will be billed at $200/hour or part thereof (regularly $225/hour).  The time not used during a calendar month cannot be rolled over.  Time is recorded in minimum of 15 minute intervals and cannot be used for project work or regular implementation services.

  4. Either party may cancel this contract with 30 days notice after initial 6 month term.  Unless cancelled, customer will be billed $395 on a monthly basis.

  5. SMA's GSP does not replace, but is in addition to, support provided for in your FrontRange Solutions maintenance agreement.
